Foxwood (Current) A 45 lot residential subdivision located in Tyler, Texas. $1,450,000.

Wildwood Master Planned Community (Current) A 169 acre mixed use development that will include 400 residential lots in multiple subdivisions and 25 acres of office/retail located in Whitehouse, Texas. $15,500,000.

6701 & 6705 Covered Bridge Dr. (2006) SDI
– 2005 Covered Bridge, Ltd. purchased the land, secured financing/equity, finalized entitlements, created all CC & R’s, and oversaw site construction for this 52 pad land condominium subdivision (The Gardens at Covered Bridge) located in Southwest Austin, Texas. $2,900,000.

3406 Manchaca (2005) SDI 2005 – Manchaca, Ltd purchased the land, secured financing/equity, finalized entitlements, created all CC & R’s, and oversaw site construction for this 44 pad land condominium subdivision (Cascada Townhomes) located in Austin, Texas. Two venerable live oaks impeded the implementation of Cascada’s land plan, so we decided to move both trees to safer locations within the site. Both stately oaks will continue to dominate the landscape and essence of this project for years to come. $2,800,000.

Deer Park Annex (2003) SDI 2002 – Deer Park, Ltd purchased the land, secured financing/equity, finalized entitlements, created all CC & R’s, and oversaw site construction for this 20 duplex lot residential subdivision (Mira Monte Townhomes) in Austin, Texas. $1,600,000.

Circle S Apartments (2000) - A 200 unit apartment site located in Austin, Texas.
Metric Apartments (1996) - A 360 unit apartment site located in Austin, Texas.

Other Projects (by R. Ziehe prior to formation of SDI)
Prior to the inception of Spicewood Development, Inc., Randy Ziehe was general partner in various partnerships that developed apartment units and retail and mixed use development in Austin and Central Texas (between 1980 and 1986).
